A quick question - How do you connect with investors from other jurisdictions & collaborate with them for corporate governance checks etc.? I ask this because quite often I face difficulty in connecting with a reliable investor of the area to have a ground level understanding of the company & the management.

We tend to look at basic factors including but not limited to share ownership by insiders, related party transactions, management compensation and track record of capital allocation. One can also use expert calls and look at peers to have an understanding of the industry. Connecting with the management is also important to learn what they think/say (compare with what they actually do).
